- Works with cross functional teams to evaluate product designs and specifications to determine feasibility while minimizing costs to develop and manufacture
- Works with operations to understand process capabilities; makes product design recommendations in-line with production strategies
- Coordinates all CAE required to validate product designs analytically. Analyzes results to optimize design for performance, robust manufacturing, and cost
- Collaborates with Testing to establish validation methods and interpret results. Recommends product design changes based on test results
- Continually works with GBTS to complete engineering and CAD tasks

- Actively participates and supports Kaizen/DLS workshops and annual objectives
